Refrigerators and freezers

A refrigerator (colloquially fridge) is a common appliance that consists of a thermally insulated compartment and a Heat pmp (mechanical, electronic, or chemical) that transfers heat from the inner side of the electric refrigerator to its external atmosphere so inside of the electric refrigerator is cooled to a temperature below the close temperature of the area. Refrigeration is an important food storage technique in developed countries. The lower temperature lowers the reproduction rate of microorganism, that the Fridge reduces the percentage of spoilage. A Fridge maintains a temperature a number of degrees on top of the melting point of water. Optimum temperature vary for perishable  food storage is three to five °C (37 to forty one °F).[1] the same device that maintains a temperature below the melting point of water is named a Deepfreeze. The Fridge replaced the refrigerator, that was a typical appliance for nearly a century and a 0.5 prior. For this reason, a Fridge is usually referred to as an icebox in american usage.Refrigerators and freezers
